Windswept - Hull #88

Purchased in 2010, Windswept sails the lower Chesapeake Bay.  The new owner installed air conditioning and is in the process of re-rigging and re-wiring the mast.  The owner has a long relationship with Tartan, his parents having owned and sailed a Tartan 33.  OWNER: Jim Blotter.
